How do I find what I'm looking for on your site?
On the left side of every PaintingsDIRECT page is a button labeled 'Find Painting.' Once you've clicked on this, a page of search criteria will appear with open fields. Fill out any or all of these fields - theme, keyword, style, technique, color, size, price, etc. to narrow your search, and press submit to view the paintings you're looking for. If you know the name of the artist whose work you'd like to view, click on the tab 'All Artists' and view a gallery of artists listed in alphabetical order. Click on the name when you find the one you like. For a more general search, click on 'View Gallery' and browse the wide variety of work on PaintingDIRECT.com. Our powerful search engines will help you find the right piece for you.

What if I don't like the piece when I receive it?
Our 10-day return policy makes purchasing artwork on PaintingsDIRECT.com risk free. If you receive your painting and are not absolutely satisfied with it, simply return it to us within 10 days by calling Airborne Express to schedule a pick-up at your earliest convenience. The telephone number for Airborne Express as well as a pre-printed Airbill to affix to the package are always included with the artwork. Your credit card will be credited the full amount of your order minus the cost of one-way shipping as soon as we receive the piece safely. PaintingsDIRECT.com will pay for the cost of shipping for the return.
