  Ivan Gorin
PaintingsDirect.com is proud to welcome Russian artist, Ivan Gorin. His meticulous technique captures every change in the Russian seasons from summer to winter to spring. Ivan Gorin has had several solo exhibitions in Moscow and has shown his work in such renowned museums as the Pushkin Museum of Fine Art and the Russian State Museum.

  Brian Leighton
Brian Leighton is PaintingsDirect.com’s first photographer. His black and white photographs take an original perspective on diverse subjects: inanimate objects, such as "Barbie dolls", "American Flags", and "Cars" and the "Body". Brian Leighton is a self-taught artist who has had several solo exhibitions in New York. His work belongs to many corporate collections such as Mattel Toys, Perillo Tours, Bear Stearns & Company, and The Buhl Foundation.

  Vera Havlik
Vera Havlik’s oil paintings interpret natural subjects from "Still-lifes" to "Jamaican beach scenes". All of her scenes are created on location at her second home in Jamaica, where she spends each winter. Her still-life work was painted from flowers in her own garden. Vera Havlik was born in Prague and presently lives in Ontario, Canada. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and at the Ukraine School of Ceramics. Her work belongs to several corporate collections such as H.M.T. Technology and the Jamaican Consulate.

  Cecily Firestein
Cecily Firestein brings a dry wit to PaintingsDirect.com. Her titles reflect the humor in her collaged monotypes. In works like "Kissing Is Fun" and "I’ll Be with You in Appleblossom Time" it is necessary to look very close at the small, subtle images she uses to create her playful compositions. Cecily Firestein received her MA at New York University. She also studied at The Art Student’s League, the Brooklyn Museum School, and the Hans Hofmann School of Art. She has had solo exhibitions in New York, Brazil, and Germany, and her work can be seen at public institutions like the Brooklyn Museum, the Corcoran Gallery of Art, the Freud Museum and Yale University Art Gallery.

  Sheila Baldwin
Sheila Baldwin’s paintings of flowers and trellises make decorative patterns out of natural subjects. She highlights the cycles of the organic world by "Intertwining Vines and Leaves" with man-made materials. Sheila Baldwin has had solo exhibitions in Tennessee, and exhibited in museums in Indiana, Alabama, and Tennessee. Her work belongs to the collections of McGraw Hill Companies and the Huntsville Museum of Art in Alabama.
