Igor Pose One of PaintingsDIRECT.com's newest Russian artists, Igor Pose, has a background in theater, and taught himself to paint at an early age. Pose abandoned the Russian art academy at which he was trained because "the teaching during the Soviet period was too classic and alienating." His dramatic, surreal still-lifes feature body parts and flowers. Pose studied at the Moscow Theatric Institute, and his illustrations have appeared in Time Magazine and the Moscow Times.

Judith Zeichner Judy Zeichner¹s realist works on canvas reflect her experienced eye and hand. Each composition of a nude, a floral still-life or a beach landscape is a well thought-out balance of color and space. Portraits of the island of St. John and Provincetown add to the artist's rich body of work. Zeichner's paintings have been exhibited at the Hecksher Museum in New York and the Montclaire Museum in New Jersey.

Inga-Britta Mills Inga Mills' prints are made using the traditional European printmaking techniques of etching and monotype. The artist's abstract images evoke windows, entrances or exits. I try to convey the sense of mystery I feel when I work. Mills was born in Sweden and studied at the Lyceé in Gothenburg and at the University of Gothenburg. She has exhibited her work at the Haggin Museum, the New Britain Museum of Art and the Musée d'Art Moderne Commanderie d'Unet in France.
