Henry Pelissier A bizarre event from Henry Pelissier's early years inspired a body of work full of the rhythm and sun-drenched color of the Caribbean. "I draw the subjects for my paintings from dreams or memories of certain events in my life. Some of those events are so strong that I can still picture the slightest details." Full-figured dancers and acrobats in white and yellow outfits move and stretch through Pelissier's canvases. Pelissier studied at the Institut Superieur Technic in Haiti, and has exhibited his work in Florida.
