"A plein air painter constantly inspired by nature, Diana works in pastel and oils. She loves to share with you the brief trickle of early morning sunlight in the landscape or the passing thoughts of a sitter's face. She began painting full time after her children were grown. Her goal is to record the present for the future, such as Homer did."
Diana DeSantis, January 2000
