"As an artist and as a woman, I react to what is around me. Nature, art, architecture, music, and even current events motivate me to create my work. I manipulate simple geometric shapes, curves, angles, and lines, and like a choreographer, I connect parts into a fluid whole that exhibits movement, energy, symmetry, and balance. I invite each viewer to explore my work from many perspectives, and to connect their experiences of the world with my own."
