Born in New York, NY, United States

Studied at the Art Students' League and the Art League of Long Island

"My favorite way to paint is 'on location.' There, I am inspired by the beautiful subjects I see. Capturing shapes, form, design, and color helps me to achieve the artistic composition I am seeking. When I'm completely satisfied, my imagination takes over. I embellish reality and reach the total freedom to create either realistic or abstract forms.

The following teachers have been an inspiration and have left an indelible print on my heart: Marion Brown, Jean Koriluck, Al Narizzano, and Louise Cadillac."
