| "I have been taking pictures since 1981. Looking through the lens was immediately exciting and I recorded whatever captured my attention. I am compelled by the mystery that I see in nature, in the work of human beings, and in the relationship between them. Without awareness, I find myself consistently wooed by texture and contrast, color, form and composition. Pictures become fixed moments in time-like a still life-without a past or a future.
Each of these photographs suggests a mood and evokes questions for me, as I hope they will for you.
I believe that my profession as a psychotherapist has enhanced my appreciation of all things seen and unseen, known and unknown. I am fascinated by the juxtaposition of inside and outside and the spaces and places in-between.
None of the pictures have been cropped or altered in any way.
They represent a spectrum of what has caught my eye in various parts of the world."
