Alain Saverot is at the same time a painter, a composer, an author and a video producer.

"Painting may be superficial and can limit itself to the representation of real and precise subjects. It can be a simple reproduction of the visible world. Without juging this vision, I would say that it's not mine. According to me, painting must show the human being in all his/her deepness, essence and mystery. It must interpret the emotions and the feelings that the world create with many contradictions. Painting is an aesthetic representation of the inside and outside world. The painter must try to understand and translate the absolute world with his/her entire beating heart and the strenght of his/her guts. My paintings are far from being the result of my only brain."
