"As a little girl, I remember I wanting to take art classes, but my parents wouldn't take me seriously. Then, one time when we went to the country, there was a big beautiful lake with water lilies. I wanted to draw them as they were, from nature, like a real big painter. I began to draw them standing in the water up to my knees. An hour and a half later, the drawing was ready. After that, my parents decided to send me to an art school.
I became a professional artist early on in my life.
My favorite season is spring. Spring is the time when everything is transformed. I am fond of painting bouquets and garden flowers.
It's great to be an artist. An artist is a person possessing the capacity to see beauty in the simplest things and to paint them in order to bring joy to other people."
